  • Footwear (Badminton, Squash, or Tennis) removed from original packaging
  • Squash/Racketball Balls and Tennis Balls removed from packaging (unless faulty)

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order before shipment. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

5.3 Delivery Issues

Report non-delivery within 30 days of expected delivery date. We’ll investigate but cannot guarantee resolution for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
