Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

International Shipping

We ship globally with all relevant customs documentation included. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes, which will be calculated at checkout for most destinations.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Footwear (Badminton Footwear, Squash Footwear, Tennis Footwear) that has been removed from its original packaging
  • Squash/Racketball Balls and Tennis Balls removed from original packaging (unless faulty)

These items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive defective.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email admin@acetennisuk.com within 15 days of receipt with your return request (use the template below)
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable service. Keep proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Exchanges: Customer pays to ship the original item back; we cover shipping for the replacement

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Depending on your payment provider, may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We process exchanges upon receiving the original item
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your replacement ships
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
