Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, footwear (Badminton Footwear, Squash Footwear, Tennis Footwear) and Squash/Racketball Balls and Tennis Balls that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at admin@acetennisuk.com with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • For Exchanges: Customers pay to ship the original item back to us, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

If you’re exchanging an item:
